Our Ministries
All of our ministries provide a faith-based recovery curriculum, newly expanded counseling services, vocational training and workforce readiness skill development, comprehensive life skills development classes, free medical, dental, vision & wellness support, and the opportunity to enter our transitional housing environment.

JWRC & True Vine
Jacob's Well is our primary 6-month residential, Christ-centered recovery program for women. Women in our program experience daily devotions, regular opportunities for counseling, a structured work schedule, and a strong support system to encourage accountability.
After graduation from the primary program, women are eligible to apply for our secondary transition program, True Vine. Here the women have assistance in gaining employment while remaining in a structured environment that continues to provide stability and spiritual growth.

JW2 Pregnancy Center
Jacob's Well Two is a specialized recovery program for pregnant women that mirrors the Jacob's Well primary program. JW2 provides vital resources, education, care, and support to expecting mothers who are struggling with addiction. We help to ensure that mothers receive the care that they need during a vulnerable season, and that they have the opportunity to have positive effects in their families for generations to come.

DRRC & Hope House
Damascus Road is our primary 6-month residential, Christ-centered recovery program for men. Men in our program experience daily devotions, regular opportunities for counseling, a structured work schedule, and a strong support system to encourage accountability.
After graduation from the primary program, men are eligible to apply for our secondary transition program, Hope House. Here the men have assistance in gaining employment while remaining in a structured environment that continues to provide stability and spiritual growth.

Workforce Readiness and Life Skills Development
Women gain work experience by
operating our four thrift stores, developing skills in management, customer service, and operations. Men are connected to partnering employers to participate in trade-related work, such as construction and manufacturing. This work equips residents with valuable workforce skills and prepares them for employment opportunities upon graduation!
Valuable classes that cover parenting, financial management, emotional intelligence, healthy relationships, anger management, and other essential life skills are offered to promote stability and independence.

Medical, Dental, Vision, & Wellness Support
Through generous partnerships with local clinics, residents of our programs receive free medical, vision, and dental care, along with transportation to medical appointments.

Community Re-Entry & Transition Support
Graduates of our primary program have the option to enter our second-step transitional program, which includes affordable housing, job assistance, financial coaching, sobriety accountability, and support in navigating requirements of social service and criminal justice systems such as paying fines and completing service agreements.
